The business has a strong local presence, an excellent reputation, and a proven track record of developing and retaining high-performing property professionals. With continued growth across the region, they are now looking to add a Lettings Negotiator to their Portishead office.

Role Overview

This is a great opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to join a busy and successful branch. The role would suit someone looking to build or continue a career in residential lettings within a supportive, structured environment, with clear progression opportunities available.

You’ll be responsible for managing applicants and landlords, conducting viewings, negotiating lets, and progressing tenancies from offer through to move-in, while delivering a consistently high level of customer service.

Key Duties

• 
  

  Coordinate maintenance works across managed portfolio 

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct property viewings and follow up with prospective tenants

  
  


• 
  

  Negotiate rental offers and tenancy terms between landlords and tenants

  
  


• 
  

  Progress agreed lets through referencing to move-in

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain regular communication with landlords, tenants, and third-party providers

  
  


• 
  

  Update and manage the CRM system accurately

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with rental market appraisals and property listings where required

  
  


• 
  

  Proactively generate new business through applicant management and follow-up

  
  

Key Skills & Experience

• 
  

  Previous experience in residential lettings or a strong desire to build a career in estate agency

  Confident and professional communication skills

Package & Benefits

  Basic salary of £25,000 - £30,000 DOE Plus Commission

  Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm, Saturday: 9:00am – 4:00pm (with a weekday off in lieu)
