Lettings Coordinator

Salary - £30,000 - £35,000 (Depending on Experience)

Monday - Thursday 9am - 6:30pm, Friday 9am - 6pm,

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings Co-ordinator preferably experienced using Reapit, CFP & Goodlord CRM to join their successful office. They are looking for a team player with a passion for the Property industry. Ideal candidates will be on the ball and have around 12 months plus experience.

Requirements:

• Self-driven with a can- do attitude
• Ability to work in a team
• Interest in property
• Excellent communication skills - Verbal and Written
• Well organised
• Experience with Reapit CFP and Goodlord an advantage
