Lettings Coordinator

Lettings Co-ordinator – Loughton

Salary – £28,000 - £30,000

Living within a 40-minute commute to the office in peak time

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm

Our client is looking for a Lettings Co-ordinator to work within their branch based in the Heart of Loughton. Working in a contemporary friendly office. They pride themselves on being well respected and having great knowledge of the local area. Previous experience within this role is essential, if you feel you are organised and motivated with a great attitude and work ethic then please send your CV.

Tasks involve but not limited too:

• Referencing tenants
• Carrying out compliance checks
• Dealing with landlord and tenant queries
• Preparing Legal documents
• Taking a file from offer to move in
• Updating the database
• Renewals
• Chasing Arrears

The ideal candidate:

• Experience in a similar position
• Lettings Administrator
• Show attention to detail.
• Super organised
• Self-motivated, able to work independently but also as part of a team.
• Be a clear communicator, with strong client-facing skills and excellent telephone skills
