Lettings Manager – Independent Estate Agency

Are you ready to lead a successful lettings team and grow your career with a respected local estate agency? An exciting opportunity has opened for a Lettings Manager to take charge of a thriving lettings department in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.

We’re looking for a hands-on leader with lettings experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering first-class service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the lettings team to meet and exceed monthly targets
• Conduct property valuations and win new instructions
• Manage the full lettings process from marketing to move-in
• Ensure compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures
• Develop strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
• Work closely with marketing to support lead generation and online visibility
• Report to senior management on performance and strategy

About You

? Previous experience in residential lettings (Senior Negotiator or Manager level)
? Confident team leader with a results-driven approach
? Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
? Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
? Comfortable using lettings CRM systems
? ARLA qualification is a bonus but not essential
? Social media and digital marketing awareness is an advantage
