To be successful with this next chapter you will need to be;-

• Overseeing the lettings process from start to finish.
• Conducting property viewings and regular inspections.
• Coordinating property maintenance and repairs on the rental properties.
• Ensuring compliance with rental policies, lease agreements and legal requirements.
• Dealing with insurance claims and maintaining accurate records.
• Day to day support for the staff and helping with recruitment and training.

You will be working in a well established team, with an impressive portfolio of properties that are in high demand. This will give you the perfect spring board to excel in this new chapter of your life.

Ideal office location with parking

Monday - Friday, with working 1 Saturday in 4.

With an impressive salary of £40-45,000 OTE + benefits such as : car allowance and mileage, generous holiday provision, health care and so much more!

Must have a full and valid driving license and be able to commute to Tunbridge Wells on a full time basis.
