Salary: £29,000 basic, OTE £45,000-£50,000 (uncapped)
Location: Bognor Regis, West Sussex
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

As Lettings Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Running the branch with a focus on profitability, growth, and outstanding service delivery

• Leading, motivating, and coaching your team to achieve and exceed performance targets

• Listing rental properties and providing expert advice to landlords

• Ensuring tenants receive a seamless and professional service

• Building a strong presence in the local market and keeping ahead of industry trends

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Proven experience within the lettings industry, ideally in a senior or managerial capacity

• A strong track record in client relationship management and business development

• The ability to lead and inspire a team

• A results-driven approach and excellent communication skills

• A full UK driving licence (essential)
