Job Description - Lettings Manager

Lettings Branch Manager

Salary: £29,000 basic, OTE £45,000-£50,000 (uncapped)
Location: Bognor Regis, West Sussex
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Additional Benefits: Company car or car allowance (£3,500), 33 days paid holiday (including your birthday), private healthcare, pension scheme, life insurance, profit share scheme, phone allowance, entry to charitable events, and more.

With an outstanding reputation and a customer rating of 4.5/5 on Trustpilot, they are looking for a Lettings Branch Manager to lead one of their successful branches.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic lettings professional with strong leadership qualities to take full ownership of branch operations, drive business growth, and maximise earnings through uncapped commission.

The Role

As Lettings Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Running the branch with a focus on profitability, growth, and outstanding service delivery

  • Leading, motivating, and coaching your team to achieve and exceed performance targets

  • Listing rental properties and providing expert advice to landlords

  • Ensuring tenants receive a seamless and professional service

  • Building a strong presence in the local market and keeping ahead of industry trends

The Ideal Candidate

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A full UK driving licence (essential)
