Lettings Manager

Our client is a dynamic and growing Estate Agency business, focusing on the Canary Wharf and City markets; due to internal promotions, they are looking to add a Lettings Manager into their team.

Role

This role presents a unique opportunity to manage and grow the Canary Wharf Lettings market while working with some of London’s most prestigious properties and clients. For the right candidate, this is a brilliant opportunity to expand our clients presence in E14.

You will be instrumental in driving growth in the local lettings market, supported by the strength and prestige of the brand. Working from their busy and high-profile office, you will handle a wide portfolio of properties and build lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities

• Secure high-quality instructions and consistently achieve business targets.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities and maintain a high local profile.
• Manage outstanding client monies efficiently and with accountability.
• Negotiate and close lettings transactions, ensuring a professional and efficient service.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing outstanding communication and service throughout the lettings process.
• Stay responsive and adaptable to changes in the local market, adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Uphold the clients high professional standards and ensure compliance with all administrative procedures.
• Demonstrate comprehensive market knowledge and maintain awareness of local competition.
• Accurately research market information and present findings in a polished, professional manner.
• Foster goodwill, trust, and confidentiality with all clients and internal stakeholders.
• Take on delegated management responsibilities, contributing to the leadership of the office.
  
  

Key Experience Required

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the London lettings market.
• Strong familiarity with the East London property market.
• Proven success in conducting market appraisals and negotiating high-value deals.
