Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and leading a team of negotiators and lettings progress-ors to deliver the right result.
• Nurturing and developing a team to reach their potential.
• Providing outstanding customer service to our clients.
• Meeting branch targets through winning new business and increasing our market share.

The Ideal Candidate :

• Someone who is organised and diligent.
• A natural people person and strong leader.
• Someone who is driven and reliable.
• Has at least 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Believes in and values integrity as a key trait in business.
• Experienced valuer and a track record of winning new business.
