?? Key Responsibilities:

• Drive branch performance through new business generation and client retention
• Conduct market appraisals and win new instructions with confidence and professionalism
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team to meet and exceed KPIs
• Maintain excellent relationships with landlords and tenants alike
• Ensure compliance with lettings legislation and internal standards
• Play a key role in the continued growth and reputation of the branch

? Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced in residential lettings, with proven valuation and negotiation skills
• Previous managerial or team leader experience desirable
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and commercially aware
• Strong understanding of local lettings market and relevant legislation
• ARLA-qualified or willing to obtain qualification
