Lettings Manager

Become the Lettings Manager AT A leading Build-to-Rent (BTR) operator in the UK. In this permanent role, you'll be responsible for driving exceptional resident experiences and maximising occupancy and revenue across our vibrant Manchester neighbourhood. With a competitive salary range of £45,000 to £50,000, this is an exciting opportunity to make your mark in the dynamic BTR sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a consistently high-quality applicant experience- Develop and implement strategies to drive resident retention and encourage lease renewals- Consistently exceed targets for revenue and occupancy while maintaining cost control

Preferred Requirements:

• Manage the full lettings journey, from enquiries and viewings to application processing and completion
• Recommend and agree on rental levels in partnership with the Finance, Asset, and Neighbourhood teams
• Ensure all enquiries, leads, and viewings are followed up promptly and effectively
• Deliver high-quality in-person and virtual viewings to maximise conversion and reservation rates
• Uphold the highest standards of communication and professionalism, embodying the business values

• ARLA qualified or equivalent level 4 (desirable)
• Extensive experience in residential property and/or BTR (essential)
• Proficient in creating and analysing market data, statistics, and management information
