Lettings Manager

? Property Negotiation

• Conduct property viewings and manage viewing schedules
• Create compelling property descriptions and marketing materials
• Maintain knowledge of local market conditions

?? Client Relations

• Build strong relationships with tenants and prospective applicants
• Provide expert advice on rental values and market trends
• Handle tenant inquiries professionally and manage applications
• Ensure exceptional tenant experience throughout their tenancy

?? Business Development

• Maximise occupancy rates across the company's property portfolio
• Conduct market appraisals to optimise rental values
• Identify opportunities to enhance portfolio performance
• Participate in networking events and marketing initiatives

?? Administration

• Prepare tenancy agreements and documentation
• Coordinate referencing and right-to-rent checks
• Maintain accurate CRM records

? Essential

• Previous lettings, estate agency, or sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Full UK driving license preferred

? Desirable

• ARLA qualification or willingness to work towards it
• London rental market knowledge
• Property management software experience

?? Earnings

• Basic salary: £30,000
• OTE: £60,000
• Uncapped commission structure
