Location: Ash Vale, Surrey
OTE: Competitive basic + strong commission + car allowance + bonus incentives
Hours: Mon–Fri 8:45–6:00 | 1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00–5:00 (day off in lieu)

This is a leading independent brand with a strong and growing presence across Surrey and Hampshire.
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Lettings Manager to take the lead at our busy Ash Vale office.

You’ll be joining a collaborative, high-performing team that values initiative, rewards success, and offers real scope for progression.
? What You’ll Be Doing:

Conducting rental valuations and winning instructions from landlords
Growing and maintaining the lettings portfolio through proactive lead generation
Creating listings and marketing properties using CRM and portal tools
Nurturing relationships with landlords, applicants and investors
Upselling services and driving additional revenue (renewals, upgrades, etc.)
Managing the lettings process from offer through to move-in
Overseeing compliance and legal requirements, including arrears management
Coaching, mentoring, and building a team around you
Working closely with the sales team to maximise cross-business opportunities

Proven experience in lettings valuations and winning instructions
A self-starter mindset and a commercial, results-driven approach
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Leadership ability – whether mentoring individuals or leading a team
Target-oriented, motivated, and resilient under pressure
Compliance-aware with a keen eye for detail
Ambitious and excited by long-term growth opportunities
