Lettings Manager

Are you an experienced Lettings Agent with a strong track record of Business Development? Are you hungry to achieve new business and drive a business forward? If this sounds like you, we are actively recruiting for a Lettings Manager within our client’s award-winning and successful Lettings Agent in central Leeds, which has been present in the area for around 10 years.

The successful Lettings Manager will be offered:

• Up to £40,000 basic
• £65,000 OTE
• Career Progression

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday – Full Time
• Some Saturday (lieu day in return)

Lettings Manager requirements:

• Strong track record in Estate Agency / Lettings
• Energetic and confident approach to win new business
• A proactive mindset
• Ability to work to targets and KPI’s
• Local market knowledge
• A full driving licence

Key tasks of the Lettings Manager will include, but will not be limited to:

• Identifying new landlord opportunities and converting into clients
• Building relationships with investors
• Selling benefits of using our client and gaining instructions
• Overseeing Lettings Team
• Collaborating with Lettings team to offer a seamless service
