Lettings Manager

We’re partnering with a well-respected, independent estate agency in Hemel Hempstead, renowned for exceptional customer service and a strong local presence. They’re now seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to join their close-knit lettings and property management team.

About the Role:

As a Lettings Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing the Lettings portfolio through proactive business generation, quality market appraisals, and building strong relationships with landlords.

The successful Lettings Manager will be offered:

• Basic salary circa £30,000
• Realistic OTE of £50,000+ (uncapped commission)
• Company car and mobile phone

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and generate self-made appointments
• Overseeing the Lettings Department
• Conduct professional market appraisals and win instructions
• Maintain accurate landlord records and manage the landlord database
• Build and nurture relationships with landlords and applicants
• Exceed targets on instructions, appraisals, and lets
• Support with general office duties and collaborate with the sales team

To be considered for the Lettings Manager role, you must have:

• Previous experience in lettings/property management is essential
• Proven ability to generate business and meet/exceed targets
• Confident communicator, both face-to-face and over the phone
• Strong organisational and negotiation skills
• A professional, positive, and motivated attitude
• Full UK driving licence
