Our client, a successful multi-branch independent Estate Agency, is looking for an experienced and ambitious Lettings Manager to join their office in Sittingbourne.

Key Lettings Manager responsibilities include:

• Leading the Branch, managing profits and pushing the business forward.
• Mentor and advise your team, working as a collective to achieve goals and targets.
• Provide expert customer service and advice to Landlords and tenants.
• Keep up to date with market trends and local knowledge

To be considered for the role of Lettings Manager, you must have the following requirements:

• Proven track record of building strong relationships.
• Proven experience in Lettings with a track record of winning new business
• Driven and self-motivated.
• Able to work well under pressure and help lead the team.
• Full driving licence.
