Lettings Manager

Lettings Manager’s duties will include, but will not be limited to:

• Maximise the revenue for the Lettings division.
• Build excellent relationships with clients to generate new and repeat business.
• Establish and maintain the leading market share in the local area
• Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team
• Encourage your teams’ development and progression
• Arranging property viewings
• Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
• Following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
• Create and action business plans relevant to your branch, achieve and exceed targets set

Working hours:

• Full Time

What's on Offer:

• Basic salary up to £32,000
• £50,000 OTE (Uncapped)

• £2,500 for your first 3 months of employment whilst you build your pipeline

The successful Lettings Manager must have:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
• Full, Clean UK Driving License for Manual Vehicle
• Proven track record of generating new business.
• A strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Positive attitude.
• Ability to work under own initiative
• Attention to detail
• IT Proficiency
