An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Lettings Manager to join a market-leading estate and lettings agency in Truro, Cornwall.

The Role

As Lettings Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance and growth of the lettings department, combining team leadership with a strong focus on winning new business.

Responsibilities will include:

  Leading, motivating and developing the lettings team

  Winning new instructions and carrying out rental valuations

  Building and maintaining relationships with landlords

  Driving new business and increasing market share

  Overseeing the day-to-day performance of the department

  Ensuring consistently high levels of customer service

  Monitoring targets, KPIs and team performance

  Maintaining strong knowledge of the local lettings market and relevant legislation

You'll still need to hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle, but with a pool car available for business use, you won't need to rely solely on your own car for appointments.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with previous experience within residential lettings who is commercially minded, confident winning business and capable of leading a team.

Previous management experience would be highly advantageous, although an experienced Assistant Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator ready to take the next step may also be considered.
