Lettings Manager

We are a friendly, growing Egham sales and lettings agency, and part of the UK’s No. 1 sales and lettings franchise network. We are looking for an experienced lettings professional, either with experience as a lettings manager, or who is experienced as a lettings negotiator or lettings property manager, who can take ownership and hopefully grow into Lettings Manager role.

The role

You would join our lettings team look after landlords and tenants from first conversation through to a signed tenancy and a clean record on the system.

* Negotiating new tenancies and securing terms that work for both landlord and tenant.

* Onboarding new clients, including advertising properties to the market.

* Keeping our lettings systems accurate, up to date and useful for the whole team.

* Managing property repairs and inspections

* Building positive relationships with landlords, tenants and local tradespeople

* Positive relationship building with your team and administrators

* Supported by the Lettings Business Manager, with weekly reporting and catch ups

Who we are looking for

* Proven lettings experience and a high level of competence

* Excellent with people: warm, professional and trusted by clients.

* Genuine, positive attitude and the ability to fit into a close, busy team.

* Confident navigating a lettings software

* Ideally ARLA qualified or trained

* Organised, commercially minded and comfortable owning your numbers.

What we offer

* Basic salary depending on experience with attainable OTE

* Full training through the franchise network, plus day-to-day support from a friendly local team.

* A clear path towards Lettings Manager in a growing office.

* Hours: Monday–Friday 9.00am–5.30pm (30-minute lunch).

* Every other Saturday 9.00am–4.00pm, with Wednesday off in lieu that week.

* Office-based in Egham.
