The
Lettings Branch Manager
role
Actively pursue new business opportunities following established strategies.?
Provide detailed reports on a weekly/monthly basis about the business in line with KPIs to track progress and update senior management.?
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and systems from registering applications to post-move-in processes.?
Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions and transactions on the designated software system.?
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle, from initial enquiries to check-out procedures.?
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations governing the lettings industry.
Provide an effective, efficient, and professional lettings service to landlords and tenants.
Lead by example and delegate tasks with the aim to exceed standards of performance and branch targets.
The person
Have a Lettings Manager, Senior Lettings Negotiator, or Negotiator background.
Strong understanding of lettings regulations and legal requirements.?
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.?
Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.?
Experience in leading and managing a team to deliver exceptional results.?
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
ARLA or equivalent qualification
desirable but not essential.
A full UK driving licence essential.
