This is an exceptional opportunity to be a part of a growing independent estate agency brand. This office are looking to continue growth plans by adding a Lettings Manager to there already well established fee earning team. The fast paced flagship office operates out of Canary Wharf and already have an impressive track record of successful billings alongside a healthy portfolio of managed stock. This office is targeted for £1 Million this year!

Working for an independent brand gives the said candidate a great opportunity to take control of their own desk and really elevate their career. The current team consist of a Director, 3 x fee earning staff, and a team of admin support from property management to coordinators. The team culture is very collaborative and being based so close to the likes of Canary Wharf and London Bridge, there are plenty of opportunities for team bonding over meals and a drinks!

Within this role you are you are purely in control of your own desk, you will be out valuing and listing properties, admin will be picked up by the administration team.

There is still an opportunity to negotiate your own deals and you will be incentives for this.

The package on offer for the successful candidate is a basic salary £30,000 with an achievable on target earnings in the first year of £75,000. There is no need to drive with this position. Five day working weeks with a 1 in 3 Saturday working pattern.

The ideal candidate:

• 12 months minimum estate agency experience
• Track record of conducting Market Appraisals
• A tenacious attitude along with an eye for detail
• Great customer service skills
• Working well in a team environment
• Committed to working weekends
