Lettings Manager – Nutfield, Surrey
Basic Salary: £25,000–£28,000 (DOE)
OTE: £45,000–£50,000
Hours: Full time
The Role:
We're seeking a Lettings Manager with a track record of success and leadership in residential lettings. This is a rare opportunity to take full operational ownership of a growing portfolio across a thriving regional network. Supported by a senior leadership team and a fantastic property management structure, you’ll lead on business generation and development strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new lettings business through networking and outreach
• Carry out valuations and win new instructions
• Lead, coach and grow the lettings team
• Ensure compliance and industry standards are met
• Manage key landlord relationships and act as an escalation point

What We're Looking For:

• At least 2 years in a senior lettings role, ideally with valuation and team oversight experience
• ARLA/Propertymark-qualified (or willing to qualify)
• Professional, personable and commercially minded
• Full UK driving licence
