Job Description - Lettings Manager Putney

? Lettings Manager – Leading Estate Agency
Location: Putney, London
Salary: Basic £35,000–£40,000 + OTE £70,000+

A leading, high-performing estate agency in Putney is looking for an ambitious Lettings Manager to drive the growth of their well-established lettings department. With a strong local presence and a brilliant team behind you, this is a chance to lead with impact — and be rewarded for it.
?? Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a successful lettings team to exceed performance targets
Conduct valuations and win new instructions across Putney and surrounding areas
Develop long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
Oversee compliance, customer service, and day-to-day lettings operations
Strategically grow local market share through strong leadership and innovation
Ensure all listings are professionally marketed and fully compliant

? Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in lettings, ideally at senior negotiator or management level
In-depth knowledge of the South West London lettings market
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Proven ability to generate new business and lead by example
ARLA qualification (preferred)
Full UK driving licence

? What You’ll Receive:

Competitive basic salary (£35,000–£40,000 depending on experience)
Uncapped OTE with potential earnings of £70,000+
