Salary:  up to £60,000 OTE   

Hours:  Monday – Friday 8.45am to 6pm and alternate Saturdays 10am to 2pm. One day a week working from home permitted

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:     

The focus of this exciting role is to drive portfolio growth across three Portico branches in West London, by generating market appraisals, winning instructions and working with the branch teams to ensure a strong instruction to let conversion rate. You will have the ability to build an excellent rapport with clients, delivering first class experience every time. You will be a key player in highly motivated and target driven teams.  Previous experience of conducting lettings valuations and a track record of winning new business is essential. You will be based across all three offices depending on business need, with one day per week available to work from home.

Duties will include: 

• Identifying and maximising new business opportunities; sourcing and converting market appraisals
• Building strong relationships with internal teams and networking externally to drive new business
• Carrying out property valuations and converting to instruction
• Advertising properties, dealing with booking property viewings and registering applicants 
• Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face 
• Achieving personal targets 
• Supporting branch management with ad hoc tasks 

Skills required: 

• At least two years’ lettings experience in listing/ valuations
• Excellent sales ability
• High level of customer service skills
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• The ability to negotiate
• Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed
• Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels 
• Be responsive to change
• Full driving license essential
