Lettings Manager - Wimbledon

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Lettings Manager / Assistant Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator who is looking to make their mark on the Wimbledon rental market.

We are working with a boutique, upmarket estate agency in Wimbledon Village who are expanding their business and actively seeking a driven lettings negotiation to join as a Lettings Manager.

• OTE £50,000 - £60,000 pa
• Basic salary up to £35,000 + car allowance + benefits
• Great commission structure and initial guarantee
• Candidates must have good lettings agency experience either as a Lettings Manager, Senior Lettings Negotiator, or Assistant Manager
• You must have a UK driving licence for this role and will need your own car - there is a good car allowance

As Lettings Manager you will be dealing with high quality properties in the area for this well-established company. This agency is known for its knowledge of the Wimbledon area and exceptional customer service.

You will need to have:

• Good experience of winning lettings business through valuations and developing good client relationships
• A successful track record of letting residential properties in a similar area
• Strong knowledge of current lettings regulations and requirements, ideally ARLA qualified
• The desire to deliver the high levels of customer service that this company prides itself on
• Excellent communication skills
• A UK driving licence - good car allowance provided
• Local knowledge of the Wimbledon area would be an advantage
