Front of House Negotiator

Annual Salary: £30,000 - £34,000
Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week)

Join a leading independent estate agency in Abingdon as a Front of House Negotiator. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of client interactions, providing exceptional service and support in estate agency operations.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage and respond to inbound telephone calls professionally and greet clients warmly in the office.
• Handle property enquiries, including booking viewings and managing the office diary.
• Organise valuations for the team and ensure clear communication by taking accurate messages.
• Coordinate the team’s diary and confirm viewings with vendors and potential buyers.
• Oversee survey arrangements and keep the team updated.
• Update and share the property list with the team regularly.
• Manage property keys and maintain an accurate property list.
• Prepare and organise window cards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the housing market, including the history and stage of each sale.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Warm and approachable demeanour, with confidence in client interactions.
• Demonstrates maturity and excellent conversational skills.
• Previous experience in the property sector is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the local area is preferred.
