Lettings Negotiator

Our client, a well-established independent agent, is looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Lytham St Annes

This is a great opportunity to work for a successful Agent who offers great staff benefits, including medical insurance and company events. The position will suit an individual looking to break into the Property industry or someone with experience in the sector.

Working hours of a Lettings Negotiator: 

• Monday to Friday

The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered: 

• Up to £28,000 basic 
• OTE up to £32,000
• Medical Insurance
• Free Parking

Lettings Negotiator requirements: 

• Experience sales environment
• Strong Customer service experience
• Full UK Driving Licence

Key tasks of a Lettings Negotiator will include: 

• To identify & follow up on new leads/business generation
• · Carrying out viewings at various rental properties
• · Drafting tenancy agreements and renewals
• · Dealing with enquiries via email and telephone
• · Helping build up our client's lettings brand and creating business.
• · Various ad hoc duties
