Our client are a independent estate agent based in Acton looking for a local lettings negotiator with min 12 months experience working in a similar role.

Our client is a market leading agent and the earning potential for this role is great.

You will be doing the following,

• Meeting and greeting clients/walk ins
• Making calls to landlords and tenants
• Registering applicants
• Viewings
• Mid-term viewings
• Checking building repair works have been done to a high standard

Must have:

• Drivers Licence & car
• Local neighbouring towns
• Must have 12 months expereince working in Lettings
• Smart and well spoken
