This Lettings Negotiator role is perfect for a driven and ambitious sales professional looking to build a successful career in property. You will conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth tenancy agreements while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
• Securing new tenancies and ensuring a smooth onboarding process
• Providing market advice to clients and prospective tenants
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Ensuring compliance with lettings regulations and company policies
• Achieving individual and team targets in a fast-paced environment

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in sales, lettings, or customer service
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Local market knowledge is preferred but not essential
• Full UK driving licence is beneficial

• Salary: £25K base + strong commission structure (OTE £50K)
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM | Rotational Saturdays
