Lettings Negotiator

Our client an independently owned Estate Agency are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their established team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience to join a company that offers great earning potential.

Working Hours for the Lettings Negotiator:

• Monday to Friday
• Saturdays on a rota basis

Salary/Package for the successful Lettings Negotiator:

• Basic salary – £23,000
• OTE - £35,000 (uncapped)
• OTE 2nd year £60,000
• Excellent commission structure with uncapped earning potential
• £100 per month for parking.
• £50 phone allowance.

Responsibilities for the role of a Lettings Negotiator:

• Booking and attending property viewings.
• Manage incoming enquires from new applicants regarding properties.
• Help to develop the business portfolio
• Some Property Management.
• Remain up to date with all business legislation.

Requirements for the role of a Lettings Negotiator:

• Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator is essential.
• Excellent knowledge of the property industry.
• Hardworking and honest attitude.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• A high standard of customer service.
