Job Description A well-respected, independent estate agency is seeking a confident and driven Lettings Negotiator to join their high-performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your property career in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct property viewings and liaise with tenants/landlords
Negotiate tenancy terms and progress lets from start to finish
Market properties effectively across digital platforms
Handle applicant enquiries and tenancy applications
Maintain compliance and up-to-date records
Work to branch and individual targets

Requirements

Experience in lettings/estate agency (preferred)
Strong communication and organisation skills
Motivated, and with a positive, proactive approach
Full UK driving licence essential

Working Hours

Mon–Fri: 8:30am–6:00pm | Sat: 9:00am–5:00pm (rota basis)
