The Role: Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator

As Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator, you’ll play a key role in launching and developing a brand new branch. Working closely with clients, mentoring junior staff, and driving performance across both sales and lettings. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings, negotiate sales and lettings, and manage deal progression
• Build lasting relationships with clients, buyers, and tenant
• Proactively prospect for new business and generate instructions
• Assist with property marketing and promotions
• Support and learn from the valuations process
• Help the team meet and exceed branch KPIs and performance goals
• Mentor and support junior team members as needed

Key Criteria

• Minimum 2 year's experience in estate agency (sales and/or lettings)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Confident, organised, and self-motivated
• Ambition to progress into valuations or team leadership
• Strong work ethic and a proactive, team-focused mindset
• Willingness to learn and develop through structured training
