Lettings Negotiator

• Basic salary of c.£25k (DOE) (OTE in yr 1 £45k)
• Car allowance £3600 pa
• 24 days holiday + Bank Holidays

Are you an enthusiastic and motivated individual looking to build a career in the property sector?
We are seeking a dynamic LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR to join my clients growing team. If you have a passion for estate agency, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you. Ideally you will have at least 18 months experience within the industry, however my client will look at someone with just 6 months experience if you are young, hungry to succeed with ambition, drive & eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities for the LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR role:

Actively manage a portfolio of properties, from listing to letting
Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers with potential tenants
Maintain regular communication with landlords and tenants, ensuring high levels of customer service
Generate new business opportunities through networking, marketing, and client follow-up
Ensure all lettings comply with relevant legislation and company policies
Assist with tenancy agreements, referencing, and inventory management
Handle administrative tasks and maintain accurate records

What We’re Looking For:

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
A positive attitude and a team player
Good knowledge of the local property market is an advantage (but not essential)
A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential
