The client are looking for a confident and experienced individual, who will be able to hit the ground running. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, rewarding environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the letting process from start to finish
• Booking and conducting property viewings
• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Negotiating tenancy terms and agreements
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation

You will have:

• Previous experience in lettings negotiation required
