I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client, a well-regarded and professional lettings agency based in Norwich, who are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Lettings Negotiator to join their expanding team. • Registering and managing new tenant enquiries.
• Arranging and conducting property viewings.
• Matching applicants to suitable rental properties.
• Negotiating tenancy terms between landlords and prospective tenants.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
• Generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
• Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and internal procedures.
• Supporting the team with general office administration and diary management.

• Previous experience in a lettings or property-related role is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
• Good knowledge of the local property market and lettings regulations.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
