Lettings Negotiator

We are seeking a motivated and professional Lettings Negotiator to join our clients dynamic team. You will be responsible for letting residential properties, managing client relationships, and ensuring a smooth rental process for both landlords and tenants. The ideal candidate will be target-driven with strong sales skills and excellent communication abilities.

• Register new applicants and match them to suitable properties

• Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants

• Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants

• Progress tenancies from offer to move-in, including reference checks and tenancy agreements

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants

• Generate new business leads and contribute to marketing efforts

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local rental market and legal compliance

• Update property listings, CRM systems, and databases accurately

• Work towards and achieve monthly and quarterly targets

• Previous experience in residential lettings or sales (preferred)

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Strong organisational and time management abilities

• Knowledge of tenancy laws and regulations (e.g., Right to Rent, deposit protection)

• Full UK driving licence (if required for viewings)

• Confident using property management software and Microsoft Office
