Lettings Negotiator

Talent-UK are recruiting on behalf of a busy Estate Agents in Birstall, Batley for a permanent Lettings negotiator
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic lettings team. This busy role requires an organised, forward thinking individual who has experience within the industry.
The role includes the following:

• Marketing new properties and reference checking prospective tenants,
• Arranging viewings and valuations,
• Arranging tenancies,
• Property management,
• Arranging house inspections and gas checks,
• Dealing with move outs and bond returns,
• Chasing rent arrears,
• Prospecting for new business opportunities.

The successful candidate must have a good knowledge and experience of the customer service sector as well as at least 2 years experience in lettings.
