Lettings Negotiator

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 1 in 3 Saturdays between 10am - 2pm
• Full-time

The successful Lettings Negotiator role will be offered:

• Upto £26,250 Basic salary
• £28,000 OTE

To be considered for the Lettings Negotiator role, you must have:

• Willingness to deliver top levels of customer service
• Experience in the Lettings industry
• Excellent communication skills; interpersonal, written and verbal
• Driven and motivated individual
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

As a Lettings Negotiator, your role will involve:

• Marketing New properties and referencing checking prospective tenants
• Arranging Viewings and Valuations
• Arranging tenancies
• Property Management
• House inspections
• Chasing rent arrears
• Dealing with move outs
