Lettings Negotiator – Central London

Our client is looking for individuals who thrive on success in a competitive environment, take pride in their work and will be able to grow professionally in a company which is home to some of London's best estate agents!

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 12 months lettings experience and you will have a proven track record of working to a high standard and providing exceptional service. You will be motivated to succeed both individually and as part of a wider team.

Key Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in lettings
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
• Strong communication skills with a professional approach
• A proactive, target-driven mindset and ability to work independently
• Knowledge of the London would be a strong advantage

Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants, offering expert advice throughout the lettings process.
• Conducting property viewings and accurately presenting properties to prospective tenants.
• Managing negotiations between landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth and successful tenancy agreements.
• Proactively sourcing new instructions through canvassing, networking, and existing relationships.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local lettings market, identifying opportunities to maximise revenue.
• Ensuring all tenancy documentation is completed accurately and efficiently, meeting legal and regulatory standards.
• Delivering high levels of customer service to both landlords and tenants, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.
