What You'll Do
As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll manage the entire lettings process from start to finish, building strong relationships and ensuring smooth transactions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the Lettings Process: Handle inquiries, arrange and conduct property viewings, and ensure a seamless move-in for tenants.
• Negotiating Terms: Secure the best possible outcomes for all parties by expertly negotiating rental agreements.
• Market Insight: Stay up-to-date on local rental market trends and provide valuable insights to clients.
• Administrative Support: Manage all necessary paperwork and administrative duties with attention to detail.

Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a lettings role and a passion for the property industry. You should be:

• Experienced: Have a background in a lettings role, preferably within the property sector.
• A Strong Communicator: Possess excellent negotiation and communication skills with a client-focused approach.

• Mobile: Hold a valid UK driving license and have access to a vehicle.
