Lettings Negotiator

We’re looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join a busy and supportive team. Ideal candidate will have 2 years experience of working in lettings

What you’ll do:

• Register new tenants and match them to properties
• Conduct viewings and negotiate offers
• Build relationships with landlords and tenants
• Work towards agreed targets with the support of your manager

What we’re looking for:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A proactive, can-do attitude
• Previous property experience useful but not essential
