The Role

As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties.

• Booking and conducting property viewings.

• Negotiating offers between landlords and prospective tenants.

• Keeping landlords updated with marketing feedback, viewings and offers.

• Progressing tenancies from offer agreed through to move in.

• Building long-term relationships with landlords and tenants.

• Generating new business opportunities through proactive networking and canvassing.

• Assisting with market appraisals and winning new instructions.

• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance throughout the lettings process.

• Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage.

About You

Previous estate agency or lettings experience is preferred, although individuals with a strong sales background and the right attitude will also be considered.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 8:45am to 5:45pm (1 hour lunch)

Friday: 8:45am to 5:15pm (30 minute lunch)

Saturday: 10:00am to 2:00pm on a 2-on, 2-off rota, with a full day in lieu after working two Saturdays.
