They are now looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their busy and successful team.

Role Overview:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator who enjoys working in a fast paced, target driven environment. You'll be joining a supportive and energetic team, managing the lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in while building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants. With a strong pipeline of business and excellent earning potential, this role offers genuine career progression within a respected independent agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register and qualify prospective tenants.


• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed feedback to landlords.


• Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants.


• Manage the full lettings process from enquiry through to move-in.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants.


• Generate new business opportunities and identify potential instructions.


• Assist with market appraisals where required.


• Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and company procedures.


• Achieve individual and team performance targets.


• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the lettings journey.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator is essential.


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.


• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.


• Professional, confident and personable approach.


• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.


• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Package and Benefits:

• Basic Salary: £26,000 - £28,000, plus OTE: £30,000 - £32,000


• Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm + 1 in 4 Saturdays, 9:00am - 1:00pm.
