An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join a thriving Bishopston team. Key Responsibilities:

• Generate, arrange, and carry out property viewings


• Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords, understanding their requirements


• Advise prospective tenants, identifying their needs and matching them with suitable properties


• Handle offers, negotiations, and communication between landlords and tenants


• Support marketing efforts and canvassing for new properties and landlords


• Deliver exceptional levels of customer service at all times


• Contribute proactively to team performance and office success

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ideally at least 12 months’ experience in lettings or estate agency


• Energetic, confident, and motivated to succeed


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills


• Proactive and able to take initiative while being a strong team player


• Excellent organisational and negotiation skills


• Professional, articulate, and customer-focused


• Desire to develop skills and progress within the property industry


• Full UK driving licence preferred

• Basic salary: £29,000


• Realistic OTE: £32,000+ (uncapped pooled commission – share in team success)


• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing after 3 and 6 years’ service)


• Funding for CePAP exams and qualifications

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am–6:00pm, and 1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00am – 4:00pm (with a lieu day in the week)
