The Role

You'll join an experienced lettings team and play a key role in helping tenants find their next home while supporting landlords throughout the letting process.

Your responsibilities will include:

  Registering and qualifying prospective tenants

  Conducting property viewings

  Matching applicants with suitable properties

  Negotiating offers and agreeing tenancies

  Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is confident, personable, ambitious and naturally good with people.

Previous estate agency or lettings experience would be advantageous, but we're also interested in strong sales or customer-facing candidates who have the right attitude and want to build a genuine career within property.

You'll need to be comfortable speaking with customers both face-to-face and over the phone, have a strong work ethic and enjoy working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle are essential for the role.
