Location: Southend-on-Sea, Essex | Travel: Essex, London & surrounding areas
Salary: Strong basic plus uncapped monthly performance-related bonus
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm | Flexibility required
Full UK driving licence essential | ARLA Propertymark preferred

We are looking for an ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join a succcessful team and take ownership of the lettings process from marketing through to successful tenancy.

Key Responsibilities

Manage allocated properties and minimise void periods.

*

Market properties across relevant platforms, including photography and social media.

*

Manage enquiries, qualify applicants and conduct property viewings.

*

Negotiate rental terms and select suitable tenants.

*

Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve demand, conversion and rental income.

*

Support check-ins, check-outs and wider lettings operations.

*

Build strong relationships with applicants, tenants, agents and stakeholders.

About You

*

Previous property/lettings experience essential.

*

Strong sales, negotiation and customer service skills.

*

Confident, organised and commercially focused.

*

Excellent communication and attention to detail.

*

Comfortable working independently and managing a busy diary.

*

Full UK driving licence essential.
