We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Lettings Negotiator to join a successful estate agency office based in Finchley.

Key Responsibilities:

• Registering and qualifying new applicants
• Booking and conducting property viewings
• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Negotiating offers and agreeing lets
• Managing relationships and delivering excellent customer service

What We’re Looking For:

• A valid UK driving licence and own car (essential)
• A confident, professional, and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong desire to succeed and progress
• Ideally a recent graduate or someone looking to start a career in property
