Job Title: Lettings Negotiator – Estate Agency
Location: Morden, South West London
Salary: £22,000 Basic + Car Allowance | £50,000 OTE

The Role:

Registering new tenants and understanding their property needs
Arranging and conducting property viewings
Negotiating tenancy agreements between landlords and tenants
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants
Generating new business opportunities and supporting with property listings
Ensuring a smooth lettings process from start to finish

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in residential lettings (preferred but not essential)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a proactive, target-driven approach
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
