Lettings Negotiator – Nutfield, Surrey
Basic Salary: £20,000–£22,000
OTE: £28,000–£30,000
Hours: Full time, Monday–Saturday (day off in lieu)

The Role:
An opportunity for a confident and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to join a growing lettings team based in Nutfield. Working across a network of offices, you’ll help deliver smooth move-ins, support landlords and tenants, and generate new business. With approximately 30–35 live units and up to 20 move-ins per month, you’ll never be short of variety!

Key Responsibilities:

• Registering applicants and booking viewings
• Conducting viewings and negotiating tenancies
• Liaising with landlords and tenants throughout the letting process
• Supporting the Property Management and Lettings teams on move-in coordination

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ years' experience in lettings
• Personable, enthusiastic, and organised
• Full UK driving licence
• A can-do attitude and desire to be part of an exciting business
