This is an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator with some experience to join a highly regarded and busy lettings agency with a significant presence in the Wimbledon area. This company is known for their long standing relationships with local landlords and residents giving them an exceptional portfolio of high quality properties to let.

Requirements as a Lettings Negotiator:

• Candidates should have good experience of letting residential properties in a similar area
• You should be up to date and have a good understanding of the latest lettings regulations
• Someone who is motivated and keen to provide an exceptional customer journey from first contact through to successful property rental
• Excellent communication skills and a great telephone manner
• Candidates must have a UK driving licence and you will need your own car
• Local knowledge of the Wimbledon area would be an advantage but is not essential
• You must live within easy driving distance of Wimbledon
