Role Overview:
This is a fast-paced and people-focused Lettings Negotiator role, sitting at the heart of the customer journey. You will manage the full lettings process from enquiry through to move-in, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both landlords and tenants. Working within a driven and supportive team, this role offers strong earning potential through commission, clear progression opportunities, and the chance to be part of an ambitious, scaling business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the full end-to-end lettings process prior to tenancy


• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors


• Handling and converting enquiries while maintaining professional communication


• Advertising properties and proactively working from an applicant database


• Registering applicants and arranging and conducting viewings


• Negotiating offers and successfully securing lets


• Ensuring all compliance and regulatory standards are met


• Supporting the Asset Management team during peak periods


• Assisting with marketing campaigns and student-focused events

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year’s experience within the property sector


• Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering a great experience


• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability


• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities


• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset


• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership


• Resilient, energetic, and driven attitude


• Full UK driving licence and access to own car (essential)


• Willingness to travel between locations if required

Package and Benefits:

• £28,000 - £30,000 basic salary + commission structure


• Monday to Friday working hours (9:00am – 5:30pm)


• 26 Saturdays per year (10:00am – 3:00pm)
